By signing in to or using share.md, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
share.md is available to individuals with a valid Google Workspace account. Your organization's domain determines which documents you can access. You must be authorized by your organization to use your Google Workspace account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. share.md uses Google OAuth for authentication — we do not store passwords. You must promptly notify us at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to share.md ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant share.md a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and provide the service to you and authorized recipients within your organization.
You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of Your Content. share.md does not review content before it is uploaded or shared.

share.md respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe content on the service infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] that includes:
We will respond to valid DMCA notices by removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content.
share.md and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by share.md and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use the share.md name, logo, or service marks.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use information about you. By using share.md, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
share.md is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, share.md's total liability for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) $100 USD.
In no event shall share.md be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless share.md and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to share.md at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of share.md after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
